Sylvia Hoefnagels is a Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution division.  Sylvia has had experience in commercial dispute resolution including bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery proceedings, commercial litigation and civil litigation.   Sylvia has appeared in a number of commercial litigation and other civil litigation trials in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, the Federal Magistrates Court, Medical Assessment Tribunals, the Mental Health Tribunal and the Industrial Relations Commission.  

Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Law, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics and completed the Queensland Law Society Practice Management course in 2007.
