ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Administrative Law is concerned with reviewing decisions made by government departments, agencies and officials. These decisions are called administrative decisions.
A number of State and Commonwealth tribunals and other bodies, some having a general jurisdiction, such as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and others having a specialised jurisdiction such as the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, have been established to deal with administrative decisions and actions.
State and Federal courts also undertake judicial review of administrative decisions.
Roberts Nehmer McKee Lawyers’ Administrative Law Team has wide ranging experience in all areas of administrative law.
Whether it be requesting a statement of reasons for an administrative decision, or appearing in a Tribunal or Court seeking an order for review, Roberts Nehmer McKee Lawyers will provide you with timely and practical advice in all administrative law-related matters.
